Discover this 120 m2 duplex on the 4th and top floor of the 5-star Daria-I-Nor residence, which benefits from a south-facing aspect with an unobstructed view of the Meige and Ecrins Massif.
Ideally located in the heart of the Eclose district, access to services is very quick, with shops nearby, just as access to the ski slopes is in 3 minutes thanks to the Alpe Express (Bergers access).
The apartment will provide all the necessary comfort and immerse you in a most pleasant atmosphere thanks to its careful decoration and brightness. Arranged over two floors, it can accommodate up to 10 people. You will find:
* On the ground floor: a double bedroom with an adjoining bathroom, separate toilets and a large living room/lounge/kitchen, south-facing.
* On the first floor: 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (including 1 with washing machine) and separate toilets.
Very beautiful open and fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, citrus press, kettle, toaster etc). Moreover, it has two television sets equipped with Canal+, Netflix.
Note that the residence offers you the possibility to relax after your ski day by enjoying an area with heated pool, sauna, Hammam (included in the stay price). The apartment is rented with a ski locker and an indoor parking space.
