Duplex apartment of 121m² with top-of-the-range fittings, offering 28m² of balcony. At the foot of the slopes and on the top floor in the new Hameau de Clotaire residence, in the heart of L'Alpe d'Huez resort.
The apartement has 4 bedrooms and a mountain corner:
Upstairs:
- A parental suite with queen-size double bed, shower room and separate toilet.
- A second bedroom with a queen-size bed.
- A third bedroom with a queen-size bed.
- A mountain corner with bunk beds
• A large shower room and separate toilet on the upstairs landing.
On the ground floor:
- A fifth bedroom with a double bed, shower room and toilet.
The duplex can accomodate up to 10 people.
Enjoy the two balconies, two indoor parking spaces and a ski locker through out your stay.
Very welcoming and fully equipped accommodation, it is located at the foot of the ski slopes, and 100m from the main avenue. Nearby, you will find a bus and free shuttle stop: "Etendard" station, a supermarket, the resort's shops and restaurants.
The apartement is fully equipped, the American style kitchen has all the amenities you might requires. It overlooks the dining room and lounge area.
Animals are not allowed.
The Hameau de Clotaire residence has two lifts, a lounge area, a heated swimming pool with sauna and hammam, laundry facilities and an indoor play area for children. Its location is ideal for families.

Everything as advertised and everything you could possibly need to make for an enjoyable stay. The ski-in ski-out location is a real plus. Access to shops bars and ski hire all within a couple of minutes walk.

Au minimum une chambre trop petite manque de rangements , une partie des équipements de qualité moyenne. Au final un appartement pratique dans une belle résidence et une vue superbe mais trop juste pour 10 personnes au regard du prix.
